20" Length 5.5" Height 4" Width Material: Plastic (except for a metal bell in the back on the bottom side)
Black in color, all images are images we took and are of the actual item to be shipped. while I am not sure how they go or what piece is missing, I do know that there is no back wheels on the unit.
I believe this may have been stored in an attic or garage for some time, because it was pretty dirty, I wiped it with some wipes, but it could use a good cleaning still.
