Loose Car, in Near Mint Condition, as one can get with it out of package for the last 25 years. I saw no flaws, but since it has been out of the package, something extremely minor could have been missed, thus the reason for Near Mint and not Mint. This arrived to us wrapped in plastic wrap to protect it, so believe it was probably part of a collection from this vendor.
