Very fragile comic, pages or obviously discolored with age. The binding has cracks and holes in it, at the top staple it is torn open, the piece is folded over there and still attached as you can see in the photos. Bottom right has pages that are torn or what to me looks like maybe a mouse chewed on it or something. This is not in very good condition, but for a collector, they might be happy with it since I would think these in mint condition are not really available any longer. Page one was cut out of the comic for some reason, See all photos.
It appears to have been stored in this plastic for years, as when I opened it, a musty smell comes out, reminds me of the smell of my Grandmothers Attic when I was a kid.
All else considered this is in great condition for this 64 year old comic book.
