Unit has real sounds and voice: Paramedics Voice, Flashing Lights, Emergency Siren, and Emergency Horn.

City Force Sounds, lights, and Voices.
The box is in a bit of rough condition but is intact without tears, but has definite wear over the years. This was completely covered in dust when we got it, I removed it from the box and cleaned it up for the most part, but looked like it may have been city in the attic for the last 30 years, Still has the coupon in the battery compartment, so no batteries were never even placed in it, which matches the appearance of the box never having been open.
