18 PC Vintage 1960's Wildlife Animal Prints Set, Wildlife Illustrator Mary Baker

Complete "Animals of the World" art portfolio- 18 color prints by wildlife illustrator Mary Baker.

Created by Mary Baker for her landmark 1948 book, Wild Animals of the World

This print portfolio was published by Book Enterprises Inc. in New York (during the mid-1960s, based on the inclusion of the 10017 zip code).

It features a prominent introductory endorsement from the legendary explorer and naturalist Dr. Roy Chapman Andrews.

The Set includes portraits of 18 diverse species, including the snow leopard, cheetah, zebra, red fox, Barbary ape, mongoose, walrus, lemur, Alaskan brown bear, African elephant, orangutan, koala, spider monkey, jaguar, gorilla, African black rhinoceros, lion, and cougar.

Stored in flat manila folders for over 60+ years and stored in a filing cabinet for all these years as well. These prints have some color distortion, and each print is cut unevenly.
