Canceled 3¢ U.S. stamp issued in 1933 to honor the National Recovery Administration (NRA), part of President Roosevelt’s New Deal. Features a group of Americans united under the slogan “In a Common Determination.” The NRA aimed to stabilize wages and prices during the Great Depression and was later ruled unconstitutional in 1935. Stamp shows black horizontal cancel lines and typical wear. Lightly mounted with stamp hinge tape, removable without damage.
