Canceled 3¢ U.S. stamp issued in 1933 to honor the National Recovery Administration (NRA), part of President Roosevelt’s New Deal. Features a group of Americans united under the slogan “In a Common Determination.” The NRA aimed to stabilize wages and prices during the Great Depression and was later ruled unconstitutional in 1935.
