Designed by editorial cartoonist Herbert Block (Herblock), the stamp features two symbolic hands—one raised in protest, the other open in restraint—representing freedom checking tyranny. Includes a partial quote from the First Amendment: “The right of the people shall not be prohibited.” Lightly mounted with stamp hinge tape, removable without damage. No gum disturbance unless noted.
