• Features a multi-color image of the old Capitol building in Colonial Williamsburg, with a horse-drawn carriage.
• Inscriptions include "Virginia" (red text), "June 25, 1788" (red text), and "USA 25" (black text).
• Design by Pierre Mion, engraved using offset/intaglio process.
• Perforated edges on three sides, with a rough cut edge on the fourth.
• Light brown back.Unused Stamp, But has been previously hung on a manilla envelope and placed in 3 ring binder. Was cut out from the envelope, not attempt to remove the stamp from the envelope was made. Actual photos are provided.
