Mint Never Hinged plate block of ten 32‑cent U.S. stamps issued April 16, 1998 to commemorate Cinco de Mayo. Part of the USPS Holiday Celebration Series, this stamp was a joint issue with the Mexican Postal Service—the first time both countries used the same design for a holiday stamp. Created by artist Robert Rodriguez, the artwork features two dancers in traditional Mexican costumes. The selvage includes the plate number and position markings. Clean color, sharp detail, and fresh gum. Scott No. 3203.
