Regional guides include the Texas Settlement Region booklet, Texas Lake Country map, and Fort Davis Historic Walking Tour pamphlet. Also contains dining brochures, hotel coupon books, and the promotional booklet “Tall Tales of Texas.” The lot features a typed 10‑page personal travel journal detailing daily mileage, hotel stops, routes, and dining locations from the trip. No attempt to clean it up was made. From a smoke‑free estate.
