TYTAN Professional Subfloor Pro is a high-yield collapsing gel adhesive designed to eliminate floor squeaks and seal air leakage points. Applied as a foam, it immediately collapses into a gel and re-expands over 24 hours to fill gaps, cracks, and inconsistencies between subfloor and joist. This creates a rock-hard bond that improves structural integrity and blower door scores. Ideal for multi-floor and below-grade builds, it works in a variety of temperatures—even on wet or frozen surfaces.
- Contents: 29 oz can
- Yield: 500 ft (1/2 in bead)
- Application: OSB, plywood, treated lumber, composite decking, and more
- Benefits: Prevents floor squeaks, seals air leakage, easy installation, no solvents
- Ambient Temp Range: 23°–95°F
- Can Temp Range: 23°–95°F
- Open Time: ≤ 20 minutes
- Full Cure: 48 hours
- Shear Strength: 451 PSI (dry lumber)
