This listing includes the Colorized Quarter stated in the title of this listing, with its respective First Day Cover. In New Condition, placed in a binder when received and not removed since, until I took them out for the pictures provided here for you and to subsequently ship to the buyer. While photographing the sealed envelope, found that this glue is losing its bond to the envelope. I did not mess with this in any way, I have left them exactly as they are. Researching this, it appears that this is a known issue with this collection.

Mfgr Information:
Uncirculated, Mint Condition.
The State Quarters program started in 1999 as part of the Postal Commemorative Society program. Each year, five different states were honored on their unique State Quarters. The order of issue is the order in which the states joined the Union. Each coin was struck for only about 10 weeks and can never be made again.
This collection included 56 coins distributed from 1999- 2009.
The enhancement is the highest quality in the world and is accomplished through a revolutionary new technique. These coins are not available from the U.S. Mint. They are genuine State Quarters that are struck by the U.S. Mint, but the Mint does not have the capacity to enhance coins.
Each colorized State Quarter is individually encapsulated to protect it inside its original first edition cover.
