Plate block of four 32¢ Hanukkah stamps issued October 22, 1996, the first U.S. stamp ever dedicated to the Hanukkah holiday. This joint issue with Israel Post features a colorful stylized menorah designed by Hannah Smotrich. The selvage shows plate number V1111 and ©1996 USPS. Identified as Scott 3118. All stamps are mint, never hinged, with original gum and clean perforations.
