Mint Never Hinged plate block of four 32‑cent U.S. stamps celebrating Hanukkah, issued October 22, 1996. This was the first Hanukkah stamp ever released by the United States and was a joint issue with Israel. Designed by Hannah Smotrich, the artwork features a stylized menorah with nine colorful candles. The selvage includes plate number V1111 and the plate position diagram. Clean color, sharp detail, and fresh gum. Scott No. 3118.
