Block of 4 – 1997 USA 32¢ Helping Children Learn MNH Scott 3125 Plate Block

Block of four 32¢ Helping Children Learn stamps issued February 18, 1997 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers, now the National PTA. This was the first semi‑jumbo self‑adhesive commemorative stamp produced by the USPS. The block shown is a bottom‑right plate block with plate number V111 in the margin and plate position diagram. Identified as Scott 3125. All stamps are mint, never hinged, with original gum and clean perforations.
