Plate block of four 32¢ Marshall Plan stamps issued June 4, 1997 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to mark the 50th anniversary of the European Recovery Program. The design features a map of Europe with an inset portrait of Secretary of State George C. Marshall, architect of the post‑war aid initiative. This plate block shows plate number P1111 in the margin. Identified as Scott 3141. All stamps are mint, never hinged, with original gum and clean perforations.
