Plate block of four 32¢ Raoul Wallenberg stamps issued August 4, 1997 to honor the Swedish diplomat who saved tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews during the Holocaust. Design shows Wallenberg before the Swedish legation in Budapest, where he established safe houses for refugees. This block includes plate number P1111 in the top margin. All stamps are mint, never hinged with original gum. Identified as Scott No. 3135.
