Walker, the pioneering entrepreneur who built a national hair‑care and cosmetics empire and became America’s first female self‑made millionaire. The portrait is based on a circa‑1914 photograph. This plate block shows plate number B111 in the margin. Identified as Scott 3181. All stamps are mint, never hinged, with original gum and clean perforations.
