Block of six 32¢ Padre Félix Varela stamps issued September 15, 1997 in Miami, honoring the 19th‑century Cuban priest, educator, and social reformer who spent much of his life in New York advocating for immigrant and poor communities. The portrait is uniquely composed entirely of tiny “USPS” microprinting. This plate block shows plate number P1 in the bottom margin. Identified as Scott 3166. All stamps are mint, never hinged, with original gum and clean perforations.
