Note: Due to the age and fragile nature of the comic, outside of that this comic appears readable condition considering its age of 75 years. But it is very fragile, the pages are coming loose from the staples, the front cover has the bottom right torn off and bottom center torn off, but it is present, the bottom right is not present with the book. The pages are very fragile, you see cracking in them, our actual photos are provided.

Due to the fragile nature and the fragile aging of the paper, I would not give it a very high grade at all, but it is all there and I saw no torn pages in my inspection.
