Hardcover 2017. Any discoloration of the pages is simply what one would expect from a book which is this age. Binding is still tight on it and overall is in very good condition. She did underline some passages in the first 24 pages of the book, nothing after that point though. I do not think she ever got around to finishing the book, were it not for this I would have considered to the like-new. It then became Part of 5000+ Book Home Library of my parents.
