Mint, never hinged block of ten 1¼¢ Palace of the Governors stamps issued June 17, 1960 in Santa Fe, New Mexico as part of the Liberty Series. Design features the historic Palace of the Governors, built in 1610 and recognized as the oldest public building in the United States. All ten stamps remain attached in a clean MNH block with original gum. Identified as Scott No. 1031A.
