Plate block of four 32¢ stamps issued May 31, 1996, commemorating the 200th anniversary of Tennessee’s admission as the 16th state on June 1, 1796. The design features the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville, completed in 1859. This issue was released one day before the bicentennial celebration. Mint, never hinged with original gum. Selvage includes plate number and production markings. Identified as Scott No. 3067.
