Loose Car, in Near Mint Condition, as one can get that is 26 years. I found no Paint chips or rubs in my inspection, but with it out of the box for all these years, I would still only call it Near Mint, just because I could have missed something and if I did, it would be extremely small/minor. This came to us wrapped up in plastic, so this was probably part of a collection and the wrap was to protect it.
