Vertical plate block of four 32¢ U.S. Naval Academy stamps issued October 10, 1995 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Academy’s founding in 1845. The design features the training vessel Freedom before the dome of the Naval Academy Chapel in Annapolis, Maryland. This plate block includes the plate number in the margin. Identified as Scott 3001. All stamps are mint, never hinged, with original gum and clean perforations.
