Embroidered U.S. Army 75th Infantry Division shoulder sleeve insignia featuring the classic WWII‑era diagonal red, white, and blue design with the stylized “75” centered on the stripe. Approved in 1943, the division served in the European Theater and was nicknamed the “Diaper Division” due to being the newest division rushed into combat. Measures approximately 2‑3/4" × 2‑3/8" and is a sew‑on patch. One small black spot is visible on the patch (see photos). Sourced from an Army Navy Surplus Store. Sold as a novelty collectible patch, not intended for regulation uniform wear.
