Excellent Condition.

Not sure of the original use and the only ones found were turned into charms for necklaces by drilling a hole in the top. This piece is whole and is flat on the back, so could be made into a pin or broach.
Central Face: The focal point is a central face with a somewhat elongated, oval shape. It has simple, rounded features suggesting eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
Headdress/Fan: Above the face is a radiating, fan-like structure with ribbed or segmented details, resembling a headdress or plumage.
Side Projections: Extending from the sides of the face are two horizontal, rectangular projections or "arms" with stepped or notched ends.
Material and Color: The piece is a solid, gold-colored metal, possibly brass or a gold-plated alloy since it does have a light magnetic pull.
