Pages seems to be in great condition, no tears.
Nice readable copy and the pages may be changing in color due to age. If someone asked me to grade it, and I am not magazine grader, so take it with a grain of salt, I would say it is a 7.0/10.0 and is probably above average with multiple minor manufacturing and handling defects, most notable being page fading.
