Original 1986 historical documentary print titled “Enlarging Liberty’s Hand in Plaster, 1876–81.” This vintage black‑and‑white photograph shows artisans inside the Paris workshop of Gaget, Gauthier and Co. constructing the wooden armature slats and plaster molds used to scale up the Statue of Liberty’s left hand. Published for the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Centennial educational portfolio.
