This vintage German stoneware beer krug is from Löwenbrauerei Grafenwöhr, a historic Bavarian brewery located in the town known for its U.S. Army training base. Made in classic salt‑glazed stoneware with the traditional gray‑beige body and bumpy “orange peel” texture. The incised “1L” stamp confirms full liter capacity. Features a thick hand‑applied strap handle. A solid piece of authentic Bavarian breweriana popular with collectors and veterans. Clean used condition from my parent's estate. Picked up while on one of their trips to Germany.
